ASB Leadership: (This is the game plan for tomorrow) (Above are some ideas for the pledge concept)
  1. YOU HAVE TWO BIG TASKS: Email me about the final four games by the end of class & COME UP WITH A RED RIBBON WEEK SLOGAN TO MAKE A SIGN FOR NEXT WEEK.  Have someone keep time for you so you can stay on task.
    1. Have teams sit at tables: Marketing, Heart, Finance, etc.
    2. Give each team 20 minutes to brainstorm the best 3 games they can come up with for our Thursday event.
    3. Come together and debrief each team’s top three games. (30 minutes)
    4. Then, vote on the top four or five games we should attempt to execute next week during Homeroom wars.  (10 minutes)
i.Things to think about:
  1. Game focus – Does it test the brain, the heart, the mind, the notion of team?  Make sure your challenges are balanced.
  2. Supply list – make sure to make a supply list that Sam then e-mails to me at the end of the day.
  3. Directions should be very simple—We have 50 minutes to play in these wars so let’s make it happen! I can send out directions next week to get the teams fired up.
  4. Consider level of risk or danger for the teams.
  5. Additional points could be for the following:
    1. Everyone is dressed out like a superhero
    2. Everyone cheers each other on.
ii.So far we have the following games to consider as possibilities ( I will send these to Ms. Nuskin).
  1. Plastic spoon with a life saver, ping pong ball, etc.,
  2. Water balloon toss – involving entire homeroom in one long line.
  3. Circles and papers game – with referee.
  4. Lego building game (three teams – builders, communicators, constructors)
  5. Castle game with Hula Hoops.
  6. Tug of war
(30 minutes) NEXT TASK  - Each team should research Drug Free Messages to put on a pledge that we will all sign for Red Ribbon Week – Marketing Team (You will be tasked with making this
